Broad Street Heroes

In the bottom of the 11th Greg Dobbs hit a mammoth ball down the right field line. It seemed to me that it went directly over the foul pole and then went foul, meaning that Dobbs just ended the game with a three run walk off home run. For some reason the umpire didn’t feel that a review was necessary. Why not?
